Product Automatic Detection Function

This Automatic Bag Packaging Machine is equipped with dual sets of intelligent detection devices to realize full-process anti-waste intelligent protection. During operation, the system can automatically identify missing packaging bags and incompletely opened bags. Once abnormal conditions are detected, the machine will actively suspend filling and heat sealing actions. Unopened and unused pouches can be recycled and reused completely. This intelligent detection mechanism effectively avoids raw material loss and packaging material waste, solves the problem of defective empty-bag products, stabilizes packaging yield, and greatly saves enterprise production and operation costs.
